Where the designs, logos and slogans used on any of the goods sold on its website belong to another individual or legal entity, FunkyTshirt.com warrants that it has received a licence to so reproduce such designs, logos and slogans and offer those goods or apparel for sale.

3. Limitation of liability to purchasers of goods for inadvertent breach of a third party’s copyright
Where FunkyTshirt.com has inadvertently used a design, logo and slogan on any of the goods sold on its website that belongs to another individual or legal entity without such a licence, FunkyTshirt.com shall be liable to the person buying such goods to refund the price of the goods paid to FunkyTshirt.com, but shall not be liable for any further costs, losses or damages for loss of profits of any kind.
