Is my credit card transaction secure?
Here at FunkyTshirt.com we take security very seriously. Your browser will go straight into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout to enter any of your personal details. This ensures that all details entered are encrypted to help keep them stay secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect your card details being viewed by anyone else on the internet.
FunkyTshirt.com only uses 128 bit encription when handling your information, the highest currently available.

How will I know my order has been received?
An email will be sent confirming your order details. You will receive one futher email notifying you when the goods have been dispatched.

I want my order to go to a different postal address to my credit card, is this possible?
Yes, at the checkout click the 'different delivery address' link at the bottom of the page to add the delivery destination.

How long untill I receive my order?
For the UK we aim to have your order with you within 5-10 days. Outside of the UK please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although normally items will be with you within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time by emailing us at orders@funkytshirt.com
with the order number. If the items have already been dispatched please return them to us and we will give you a full refund once we have received the goods. We cannot accept cancellations for t-shirts created via the 'design your own' page.

What about postage & packaging?
Postage and packaging is included in the price to the UK via Royal Mail, alternative delivery addresses outside the UK will attract a small additional premium. See our Delivery information page for more details.

Can I have my company logo printed?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for further information.

Can I return my t-shirt(s)?
If you return the item(s) within 14 days in a saleable condition we will give you a FULL refund. This only applies to our own designs, regrettably we cannot offer refunds on 'design your own' t-shirts.

Will you print anything onto a t-shirt
Yes, we will print just about anything!

Do you offer licensed products?
No, not at the moment, our customers are individuals and don’t tend to wear ‘mass produced’ shirts.

What about discount on qty?

Will the t-shirt I designed using the 'Design you own' page really look like it does on the screen?
We try to faithfully reproduce what you have designed on screen. However there are very rare instances (i.e. if the design is too wide to fit on the t-shirt) where we have to adjust your design very slightly.
