Select Type Of Text
- Add DTG | Direct to Garment TextA process of printing on textiles using specialised aqueous ink jet technology. The garment is placed n a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution than traditional printing methods such as screen printing.
- Add SUB | Sublimation Vinyl Transfer TextSublimation on vinyl is a fascinating process that allows for the transfer of vibrant and detailed designs onto vinyl surfaces. It involves the transformation of a solid dye into a gas, which then permeates the vinyl and becomes a part of its structure. This results in a permanent and durable print that is resistant to fading and rubbing off.
- Add EMB | Embroidery TextEmbroidery is decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply decorative thread or yarn onto a garment to enhance its properties or advertise the brand of the garment/business. Some styles need the pocket, front, or sleeve to be embroidered or multiple places.
- Add SCR | Screen Printing TextScreen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink (or dye) onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.
- Add TRF | Transfer Printing for Ceramics / Pottery TextTransfer printing is a method of decorating pottery or other materials using an engraved copper or steel plate from which a monochrome print on paper is taken and is then transferred pigment-side down onto the piece of pottery, so that the sticky ink transfers to the ceramic surface. by pressing onto the ceramic piece.
- Add DTF | Direct To Film TextDTF is a cutting-edge printing technique that enables the transfer of complex and vibrant graphics onto different fabric types. The process involves printing the image onto a special type of paper that has been coated with a transparent toner, which is then transferred onto the film using heat and pressure. It is commonly used for printing designs onto t-shirts, tote bags, hats etc.
